SM Advantage Card: Working On Your Advantage!

It’s nice to be writing a blog again after a few months of laziness.. Well, i just got so excited by the experiences i had from my SM Advantage Card. If you’re an SM customer, and you don’t have their Advantage Card, sorry to say that you’re not enjoying the privileges that it brings to its members.

For quite a long time, i thought that it’s just one of the “swipe cards” that you would bring once you purchase something from the store where you’re a member of. Getting some purchase “points” that will require a thousand for you to enjoy a certain “treat” from them. But then, after a long time of using my SM Advantage card, it’s now really working on my advantage. I remember last Christmas of 2010 when i was able to shop for my kids worth 2,500 pesos credited to my SM Advantage Card alone, without shelling out money from my pocket! The kids were so happy that they enjoyed having a lot of new toys and clothes on Christmas day! Aside from earning points, there are freebies and discounts from time to time during promos.

2 days ago, i received an email from SM Advantage informing me that my SM Advantage Card was upgraded to PRESTIGE. SM Prestigeis the elite membership program of SM Advantage. It is composed of SM Advantage members who have reached the required spending level at SM, or have been nominated by SM retail establishments. SM Prestige membership is free and valid for two years. BULLIES and the BULLIED

I hate kids that bullies their classmates. I think they need medical attention. My daughter’s been a victim of those. Bullies should not go to regular schools. They must have a proper school where all of their kind undergo a different disciplinary approach.
I am not an “overprotective” mother. But as a parent, we want our kids to study in a school where they can learn the right values and proper behavior w/o bullies that distracts them from learning. Parents who have bully kids must know that they have a bigger responsibility to discipline their child.
It all boils down to the parents.. Bullies are kids “nurtured” by their parents who spoiled them extremely during their toddler years. They are unaware that they are teaching their kids on how to be arrogant and insecure at a very young age.
We all love our kids that’s why we want to give them almost everything that they wish to have when they were still small. But we have to know that, there are factors that might affect their attitude and behavior as they grow and becomes a school child. Parents who spoil their children and always giving them what they want means showing a perfect” world to their kids. Which is contrary to our reality.
Parents must be aware that kids should learn how to live in an “imperfect” world as all of us lives in. That there will be times, that what their kids want, they will not have even if we really can provide them. Toys are cool, but playing is more important. Anyone can play with a toy. But imagination will never exist without thinking.
Parents must encourage their children to play with other kids as they grow rather than playing with a lot of toys alone. With that, kids will develop how to deal with different characters of other kids that they play with. They will learn the value of giving, humility and friendship.
Everything that a child learn starts from home. Let’s give them a better one. Cheers to us, parents! :)

GOOGLE Plus: The New Era of Social Media

Google+ has been creating a big buzz in the social networking site industry. It’s giving more curiosity to all especially to the “tech people” who has been reviewing every social networking sites’s features and uses.

Google+ is a social networking service, operated by Google Inc. that was launched last June 11, 2011 and still on its “invite-only” testing phase. The following day, existing members were allowed to invite friends through mail, which must be above 18 years of age, who can also create their own accounts. However, this was quickly suspended in a day after there was “insane demand” for accounts.

Google+ will be built as a layer that not only integrates different Google social services, such as Google Profiles and Google Buzz, but also introduces many new features including Circles, Hangouts, Sparks and Huddles. There are a lot of exciting networking features and services here that will enjoy and be benefited from by its users.

Google+ will also be available as a desktop application and as an application on Android and iOS operating systems. This is also the biggest attempt of Google to rival social networking site, Facebook which had over three quarters of a billion users in 2011.

I was fortunate to receive an invite from my sister, which i was able to sign-up immediately and flawlessly. I was so excited to have an account on Google+ and to be one of the few people to have the privelege to enjoy its cool features and applications. This is also the reason why Facebook launched their video chat, to counter part the “hangout” feature of Google+, their own video chatting service.

GOOGLE+ FEATURES

CIRCLES- enables users to organize contacts into groups for sharing, across various Google products and services. Although other users can view a list of people in a user’s collection of circles, they cannot view the names of those circles. The privacy settings also allows users to hide the users in their circles as well as who has them in their circle. Organization is done through a drag-and-drop interface. This system replaces the typical friends list function used by sites such as Facebook

HUDDLE- is a feature available to Android, iPhone, and SMS devices for communicating through instant messaging within circles.

HANGOUT- are places used to facilitate group video chat (with a maximum of 10 people participating in a single Hangout at any point of time). However, anyone on the web could potentially join the ‘Hangout’ if they happen to possess the unique URL of the Hangout

INSTANT UPLOAD- is specific to Android mobile devices; it stores photos or video in a private album for sharing later.

SPARKS- is a front-end to Google Search, enabling user to identify topics they might be interested in sharing with others; “featured interests” sparks are also available, based on topics others globally are finding interesting.

STREAMS- users see updates from those in their circles, updates similar to Facebook’s news feed. The input box allows users to enter a status update or use icons to upload and share photo and videos.

I think Google+ is a combination of Twitter and Facebook rolled into one, and even more! I even want to have an Android phone for this because the application is only available on Android powered phones for now, but soon to have an iOS app.

As an early Google+ user, i notice that the “streams” are all very informative, unlike in Facebook and Twitter that even the most nonsense things are being posted. Well, it can happen to Google+ later on, but what i like about it is that you can choose the “circles” that you would want to see your “streams” on theirs, and also the “streams” of the “cirles” that you would only want to see on yours! Very organized and discreet. Other members may follow you, but it’s your choice if you want to follow them too!

I am really really impressed with Google+! Things are getting so cool there. If Google+ comes into “full throttle”, it’s gonna be crazy! This is really a big threat to Facebook.

Google+ is a very promising social media service that gives its members the best of both worlds! I can’t wait to see everyone using it! :) :) :)

If you already have a G+ account, here’s my mine! http://gplus.to/wengblanquera check it out, and add me to your circles! :)

RIZAL @ 150

In celebration of Rizal’s 150th birthday, i made this logo to become my blogsite’s background.

Jose Rizal was born June 19, 1861 from a rich family in Calamba, Laguna. Their ancestral house is until now preserved, which is one of the tourist spots in the Philippines. He became the greatest hero of our country because of his patriotic love for the Philippines.

In celebration of Rizal’s Sesquicentennial Birth Anniversary, the City Government of Calamba is erecting a 22 ft (6.7 m). bronze statue (the world’s tallest Rizal statue) in front of the 6.7 hectare Calamba City Hall complex. It will be unveiled on June 19, 2011 which is Rizal’s 150th birthday by His Excellency Benigno Aquino III, The Philippine President.

AUDI Q7 3.0 TDI Quattro VS BMW X5 xDrive 3.0

Oh maaan! If i just have the millions, i would definitely buy these two SUV’s! If i win the JACKPOT price in a lottery, this two will be on the top of my lists!

I have always dreamed of having my own car. But i prefer to have an SUV than to have a sedan. I really appreciate the real beauty of bigger cars than the smaller ones. They are more robusts, agile, sturdy and spacious.

These two SUV’s are matched! In terms of price and specifications.

Auto specs, both are 3.0 engine (though a Q7 has a 4.2 version), diesel fueled, All Wheel Drive transmission, 6-way automatic transmission, 6-cylinder, front and rear ventilated discs, with 8 airbags, and with anti-lock breaking system. The Audi Q7 is more spacious because of its 7-seating capacity while the BMW X5 has only 5 that makes the Q7 more bulky to look at than the sleek and lighter X5.

Now here’s a road test video, just showing off how these two babies look on the road.. I’m dying to have just any of the two. But if i were to choose, i would want a BMW X5. :) But having all the money to buy, i would care for both! Who does’nt anyway! ;)

I love seeing these two together! I like the scene where they were exchanging lanes, just like playing on the road. Really cool, check this out!

The Philippines Holds First “Spring Cleaning Day”

Hello everyone! As part of my advocacy on a “Clean and Green Philippines”, and environmental obligation, i would like to share this event to everyone. Participate and be a part of it!

Five cities in Metro Manila will demonstrate how the country can save lives, time, and money, as they join the first-ever “Philippine Spring Cleaning Day (PSCD).”

In its goal to push for cleaning and sanitation as one of the most effective ways to lower the country’s disease burden, representatives from the Department of Health (DoH), UP-National Institutes of Health (UP-NIH), Pediatric Infectious Disease Society of the Philippines (PIDSP), Reckitt Benckiser, Lysol, and several local government units are calling for better sanitation through the institution of the first Philippine Spring Cleaning Day.

On May 11, there will be a simultaneous cleanup across five cities, namely Makati, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Manila, and Pasay.

“We hope to educate as well as to encourage the habit of cleaning and disinfecting of Filipino homes through this annual event,” says Marichu Gozun, Senior Brand Manager of Lysol.

According to a joint study commissioned by the World Health Organization (WHO) and United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), at least 20 million Filipinos are exposed to poor sanitation. This means that one-fourth of the Philippine population has poor hygiene practices, do not have the benefit of an accessible and safe toilet, or do not dispose of human waste properly. The fact that less than half of Filipinos wash their hands after using the bathroom is a very telling statistic that speaks of the country’s unfortunate attitudes towards cleaning and sanitation.

Being one with the PSCD’s advocacy to educate Filipinos about the significance of cleaning and disinfecting, DoH Environmental Health Chief Dr. Rodolfo Albornoz says that families should be mindful of the harmful effects of poor sanitation not only on their health but also on other aspects of their lives.

For instance, poor sanitation affects productivity. “The rhinovirus–the virus responsible for approximately 50 percent of the cases of flu and the common cold in both adults and children–causes Filipinos to lose an average of eight school or work days a year,” shares Dr. Albornoz. Consequently, poor sanitation also results in increased economic losses.

The campaign’s concentration on household cleaning is highly significant because proponents of the PSCD believe that even the home, which is supposed to be every family’s place of refuge, can be unsafe. They note that bacteria dwell on everyday things in the home that are taken for granted. “What people do not know is that they are more likely to get sick from germs and viruses in their own homes than in any other place,” says PIDSP President Dr. Lester Deniega.

UP-NIH Executive Director Dr. Lulu Bravo agrees. “We invite everyone to take part in this initiative and join the fight against diseases,” ends Dr. Bravo.

Indeed, intensified cleaning and disinfection will go a long way towards helping the country save time and money, reduce economic costs, and increase productivity as well as people’s overall health and productivity.

Be part of the first public and private initiative for cleaning and sanitation, and join the Department of Health, Lysol and partner organizations as they celebrate Philippine Spring Cleaning Day on May 11. GOODBYE FRIENDSTER?!?

The Social Networking Site who started it all.. FRIENDSTER! Now waving its hand to say goodbye to its friends.. :(

I first learned about Friendster back in college, in 2003. It was introduced to me by a classmate and my close friend as well. He told me that he’s enjoying meeting cute and nice girls on that social networking site. I even laughed at him about it and tease him for those girls. But eventually, i signed up for an account.

Everybody’s talking about Friendster back then. Meeting other people from all walks of life was easier  in just a click of add as a friend. Customizing of profiles was super fun! I even started blogging through Friendster blogs in 2004.

In 2009, i decided to delete my Friendster account. Reason? I got bored. And because Facebook has given me a dynamic approach in social networking. And the rest is history.

And now, although Friendster is not closing down, they are about to CHANGE their platform as a game application on Facebook. They have admitted that their reign was over.

It is always a life cycle. Things fades through time. Somebody will be better than the new one. It is somehow a challenge to be creative and innovative not to be left behind. And even so, adaptation must be the best way to overcome such. And that’s what is happening now to Friendster.

Goodbye social networking site Friendster! Hello to game application FRIENDSTER! :)

TOOTSIE’S in TAGAYTAY

Last weekend, our family decided to go out of town to have lunch, and we chose Tagaytay because I’m craving for a bulalo dish. We came to see and try a Filipino Cuisine restaurant that has a bulalo in their menu. It was in Tootsies restaurant in Tagaytay. It is located along the Aguinaldo Highway, near the Our Lady of Lourdes Church.

It was past 1pm, when we arrived there, and there are only a few eating. They have a very hospitable reception staff who greeted us as we walk through its French inspired doorway. When we got inside, we saw a not so old lady reading a newspaper together with her son, and surprisingly they greeted us with a smile. I’ve found out that the woman is Tootsie herself, the owner of Tootsie’s Restaurant.

The theme of the interior of the resto is very homey, with  couches and medium tables that are designed for families who dine together. We ordered of course, the bulalo which i was craving for, pinakbet, turon, pineapple shake and their authentic comfort food, pancit buko.

Their bulalo is served on a small palayok, where you will feel the native taste of the beef. Their bulalo is different from other bulalo dish because it has langka and tomato sauce in it. But entirely, the taste is awesome. I am a “soupy” eater so, i really enjoyed it. The pinakbet is also satisfying, as well as their turon with langka syrup poured on top.

We were so full then, that we cannot eat the pansit buko. So we just took it out and ate it for merienda as we got home. We were amazed by the comforting taste of the buko, that has a pansit canton in it. I love the Filipino dishes in Tootsies and we will definitely pay a visit again there. ;)

NICE, MERALCO!

It was not so long ago, when i experienced one of the best customer service from a utility company in one of their branch. I just want to commend their good service to their customers so, they deserve a nice review here in my blog.

I was with my eldest daughter, a seven-year old kiddo when i went to Meralco’s Calamba branch to pay for our electricity bill. There were long queues for each counters, so i kinda got irritated because i hate waiting. Much to my surprise, a customer service lady approached me and told us to go to the “express lane” because I am a customer who’s with a child. The personnel told me that the express lane is for customers who has a child with them and also for senior citizens and pregnant women. So, i feel good that i dont have to wait for the long queue to pay for the bill, and in just 2 minutes, I’m done!

I hope that all of Meralco’s customers would be able to experience that convenience when needed and of course if eligible. Other utility companies should follow that practice too. ;)

SM City Calamba Grand Opening

It was a TGIF, when SM City Calamba had its grand opening located along the busy road of Real. i remember when i blog about it back in December 21, 2009 where it is still on its first month of construction. I am totally impressed about SM’s wikipedia info of its target opening date, which is October of 2010 because they absolutely hit it!

Of course, how can i miss that opening? our house is just 5 minutes away from the mall.. though we were’nt able to get our feet stepped in as early, atleast we managed to. ;) The people were so overwhelming, and a huge foot traffic covers all the floors of the mall. It’s like we’re on a rally or something.. like an Edsa revolution, where we cant barely move as we try to walk around.

Worst thing? It took us ages to get a table to eat, because all of the food places were jampacked! customers should even have to wait for the long queue of the restaurants just to have lunch. it’s like everybody was there!

But then, good thing that we were able to meet and have a photo with the Honorable Laguna Governor Goerge “ER” Estregan Ejercito. He was so nice, friendly and always smiling. And the best thing? He smells sooo good! ;)

There were a lot of kids who’s with their families, students from different schools, flocks of teens who wants to be there. There were super big LCD monitors used for the store presentations that can be found on the front entrance and on the trade hall area. Some establishments are not yet open, but most are ready to serve you! The other building is still under construction, which will be the SM Cinema and Cyberzone area. Heard that it will be a 10-theatre cinema, but it was not yet confirmed. it can be possible because the building is huge only to cover a cinema and a tech hub. That will be a great news for a movie fan like me! and a tech junkie!

What im not impressed about is the SM Calamba’s parking area. As we all know, SM is known for being a great parking space provider. But, they did’nt managed to bring much area enough for the customers with vehicles. That’s the main dilemma of SM Calamba. I just think that, maybe because of these two reasons: First, they did not expect that there will be many customers that owns a car in this place. Or second, their parking space is limited only by the lot that they have acquired. We also dont know, if there will be future plans of extending the parking area, because the building 2 is still under construction. So we’ll just have to wait and see.

Anyway, the whole weekend of SM Calamba’s opening was a BIG BANG! Everyone’s excited, everybody’s happy! Because finally, SM got it all for Calamba! ;) ;) ;)

KARATE KID, a review

When we tried to watch A-Team last week at Festival Mall in Alabang, a long queue for KARATE KID was overwhelming.. There were so many movie goers especially a bunch of kids along with their families.

Last weekend, we were able to watch this Kung Fu movie of the great Jackie Chan, and the cute lil boy, Jaden Smith who is the son of the very proud dad, Will Smith! Who also, happens to be one of the producers of the movie.. Great break they did for their son, which his mother Jada Smith was also a part producer.. :)

This is a story about a young boy, who grew up without a dad due to a demise. But his loveable and caring mom was still able to make it on their own.. Moving to China, where most of the kids knows how to “Kung Fu”, made “DREW”, Jayden’s name on the movie, fearful of the “karate kids” that always try to bully him.

With the help of his mentor, Jackie Chan, who played the role of Mr. Han, made it possible to conquer his fear. With determination and discipline that Mr. Han has taught him, Drew made it to win as the Champion, that made him, THE KARATE KID!

With a great sense of humor all throughout the movie, anyone will really enjoy watching this with your family and loved ones! An inspiring movie for the kiddos! Thumb’s up for Jaden Smith!

CONTI’S Pastries and Restaurant

one of the few restaurants that can be found in Solenad, Nuvali in Sta. Rosa City Laguna is Conti’s Restaurant. it is located beside Italianis Restaurant, but it is more spacious, having a second floor dining area..

Conti’s caters a wide array of culinary dishes, and pastries as well. i had the indulgence to dine there, a dinner date with my husband as we celebrate a significant day to us.

we went there during its dinner peak hours, but gladly we managed to get a cozy seat for the two of us. there were so many customers, mostly in groups such as friends and families enjoying their dinner together.

as our appetizer, we ordered their most favorite Gambas y Champinon al Ajillo, these are spiced shrimps and mushrooms in olive oil.

we enjoy eating seafood and fish so we ended up with their Salmon dishes.. i ordered the Salmon Salpicao, served with buttered corn rice and apple potato salad as a side dish.. it’s like chicken chunks sauteed with butter and garlic, that tasted like fish adobo.. then a big slim glass of mango shake served as my drink..

hub ordered the mouth-watering, the Conti’s Baked Salmon, a Norwegian pink salmon baked with their very own topping, served with buttered vegetables and paella rice. the salmon topping was so cheesy blended with white cream sauce, that tasted like a lasagna.

it was a full and contented dining experience, healthy and flavorful dishes that Conti’s Restaurant have that will surely make their customers keep coming back to them to try all from their menu.

ON MOTHER’S DAY :)

mama, mom, nanay, inay.. whatever name we wanted to call them, they are all the same kind.. they are our mother. when all of us were still at our tender age, we were just kids waiting for our mother to cook our food, tuck us in bed, and do most of the things for us.

in most of us, “mama” was our first word to say when we were just babies.. i guess we dont have to wonder why, primarily because, all of us children came out from our mother’s womb. and the very first heart beat that we had, was inside our dearest mother. she was there during our “dependent times”.. and when we reached the point that we think we can make it on our own, she’s still there to support us, and pick us every time we fall. she never misses to care about our feelings, our problems, and who always wants us to be happy to see the beauty of being a child.
i remember when my mama told me, “when you will have a child in the future, when you become a mother of your own, you will understand me.” well, what she has told me was very true, and all the parents would agree. i realized that it was a tough job for her to be a mother to us.. i was not even on the half of her motherhood, but i am experiencing how hard it is to be a mom, but on the other hand, it is more rewarding and joyful to be a mother..  to raise your kids, seeing them happy and innocent yet fragile.. the completeness of being a woman could not be attained unless she becomes a mother of her own.. yes, it is true.

we all have to celebrate being a child, and being a mother.. love your mom and be grateful that she’s one of our beloved parents, who never gets tired of protecting us, loving us, and accepting us. they are gifts from God, as well as our children making our stay in this world worth living.. :)

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY TO ALL THE PROUD MAMA’S IN THE WORLD!

WHEN PROBLEM BECOMES A PROBLEM

In times of trouble, how do you survive? How do you deal with the problem that comes into your way? Are you the “passive” type? Or the “active” type? From the famous tagline, “different strokes for different folks”, we deal and treat with our problem depending on our capacity to think and analyze things.

There are 2 kinds of problems, the unexpected and the foreseen. Problems that happens accidental and is beyond our control can be categorized as the “unexpected problem”. These are scenarios that  just pops out suddenly in our life that we cannot do anything but to deal with it. An example of it would be, a loss of a loved one, a demise. Although all of us are expected to die eventually, but we don’t  expect it to happen soon! So when it happens, although it’s painful, we must deal with it.

The next kind of a problem is the foreseen. Well, we don’t need to be like Nostradamus, or a psychic to predict things to happen. Actually, in reality, most of our problem falls in this category. We tend to do things that are not very well thought about before executing it. If you may notice, there are problems that happen in our lives which should not be happening at all. Because of our carelessness, and passiveness to a potential problem that may occur, it evolves into a certified “mind-bugling” scenario without us noticing it. Then there goes the problem.

Another tagline, “paralysis of the analysis”, when you keep on thinking about a certain situation, that suspends your decision, the execution just hangs in somewhere. You cannot figure out a certain direction that will lead you to decide whether you want to do it or not.

Thinking three steps ahead before making a decision would be the best tool to come up with a great outcome in decision making. It’s like a chess game, that every move you make is three steps ahead of your goal. It is like preventing a potential problem to happen. If you can make yourself to have that kind of ability, life will be so easy. And you would have a lot more time to enjoy it, rather than spending most of your time in thinking about your problem and the solution to it. As we all know, PREVENTION is better than CURE.

Life is what you make it! Why not make it fulfilling and happy. Life is too short, people! (^,-)

A WHOLE BODY NUDE SCANNER

the US airport is tightening their security by improving their passenger scanners. it’s a whole body scanner that can detect life threatening devices that a terrorist or even a an ordinary passenger is carrying with. this action is being done in the US airport, after they failed to detect a nigerian suicide bomber who attempted to create a terrorist attack on christmas day of 2009.

Obama is now directing all the US airports to use the latest whole body scanner by TSA (Transportation Security Administration). it is a state-of-the-art imaging technology that scans the body of the person passing through it, in a clearly nude image like even seeing your genitals and the private parts of the body.

they use a millimeter wave technology that beams a radio frequency energy to scan at a high speed from two antennas simultaneously as they rotate around the body. looks like they perfected the x-ray vision of SUPERMAN!

it scans the whole body, underneath the clothes their wearing, and produces the nude image of the passenger. i may say that this could be an overkill to passengers that are concerned with their privacy, much more to the protection of the kids that will be undergoing to this scan test, that they can be abused in pornography.

TSA claims that the scanning machine is incapable of saving, and transmitting the nude images produced by the device. but other reports tell, that TSA is lying about this information, to “protect” the people regarding their “privacy concern”.

technology has its own price. we are now paying everything about it. but as we all know, terrorists are far more “high-tech” than the administrators of their target. so they can counter any device that can hinder their terrorist attack.

the privacy of the civilians are now being sacrificed here, and even the young ones. this scanner thing is good if it will be used only for its purpose, which is to detect terrorism. but there are a lot of “not so good people” around, that might abuse the technology for their “personal pleasure”.

we are all humans with the same image of genitals when scanned. so, we must believe that it is just an SOP (standard operating procedure) that will guarantee our security as we travel in the air.

it’s technology! a technology that provides security, but sacrifices our privacy. or a privacy that will sacrifice our security. which would you prefer?

I’VE BEEN ON T.V.

a comment on MO’s blog..

PASEO DE STA. ROSA

paseo de sta. rosa has find their way to expand and build a bigger place to shop, dine, party and have fun in the middle of the suburb area of sta. rosa laguna.

their most active spots are paseo 1, 2 and 3. paseo 4 has just opened recently, with new restaurants for patrons to choose from.. grillas and the old spaghetti house are ready to serve you!

they also have a plaza where visitors can relax sitting on the benches surrounding the area, with a view of some fountain show in the middle.

there’s still more renovations and new buildings for establishments to be build there in the near future, to cater the growing residents of the high class villages rising every phase.. sta. rosa is what they tagged as the makati of the south.. but i think, it will be even more than that. the land area of sta. rosa, where developments has been going on since the early part of 2000 is 10 times bigger than the area of makati. commercial areas and business parks were transferring here. class A villages are being developed in this area, like Pramana, Nuvali, South Forbes, and South Lake, where prices of units were ranging from 5M to 50M pesos. the progress, is here in sta. rosa..

2012 MOVIE, a review

i have’nt had much time to create a review on the 2012 movie for the past few days, although i have managed to watch it on the big screen last friday, during its opening day. i was just busy with a lot of things.. but i think it’s not too late to post a review, right?

well, i personally liked the movie because i really enjoyed all the scenes especially the “running away from the disaster” scenes which i feel like i’m in a roller coaster ride. on its opening day, the movie house of waltermart calamba was jampacked, and oviously all of the cinemas showing the movie 2012.

even the center aisle of the theatre was filled with extra monoblock chairs to accomodate the moviegoers who were very excited to see the movie. everybody were shouting and yelling as if they were having a roller coaster ride, just like me. even after the 1st day of showing, that was saturday, all the malls that we’ve been visited had a long qeue on their theatres. most of the malls were showing more than two cinemas on the 2012 movie alone. so, the demand was big to accomodate everyone. i was really amazed by the cinematic effect of the movie, it was awesomely executed in a scary way.

generally, 2012 movie is a modern day “noah’s ark“. so let us learn from the movie itself that we have to do our part in saving our world from destruction. although we don’t know when will be the “end of days”, atleast now, we are aware that it could possibly come soon.
